Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We do guarantee you to send you the same exact product as you see on the picture of the product. The only not guaranteed specification is the color. We will try our best to send you the same color as you see on the picture, but sometimes we do not have all the colors available. In that case, we will send you the available color product.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
To see the receipts, you need to create your profile on our system before you purchase the item. If you purchased the item, you can give us a call, or email us to receive the receipt. You can find our contact information at our website.

How can I return an item?
There is a re-stock fee which is %15. Your total amount will be calculated with this. Shipping charges are not refundable. For us to send you the amount back, the product will be at its original box, with re-sellable condition. Otherwise return will not be accepted.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, and when the product will be on its way to us, there will be "Coming Soon" sign on. You can also add your email address under the product to receive an email when we receive the product.

Where can I ship my order?
You can ship it to residential or business addresses. Make sure your address will be correct, otherwise TruckTrailerPro will not be responsible for the extra charges to send you the products again.
